Day numero uno!  Woke up early and went to the gym before work.  Did a two mile run which felt pretty rough.  Weeks ago I was almost up to 4 miles but then got off track with running and going to the gym.  It's crazy how quickly endurance can disappear, but every day I'll work towards gaining it back!  My goal for these four weeks is to try to get up to a 10k.  I've never been much of a runner so this is an exciting and different goal for myself.

I also did legs today (note the picture on the side).  Too bad Luke Bryan wasn't standing behind me, because I'm sure my squats would have been a lot lower!  Even so, I feel like it was a pretty good workout and I'll definitely be sore tomorrow, but ready to go back for some more.  Tomorrow I'm going to focus on upper body and give my legs a rest, since I probably won't even be able to squat down on the toilet! haha

Here's to everyone's day one success, and to tomorrow being just as great!
