I did my workout so late last night that I could not stay up to post.  I am glad it was done though!  Yesterday was a busy day.  I felt like I never even sat down.  Long walk, grocery run, cleaning, supper.. a normal day but busy.  It was a great day.  

My eating habits werent the greatest yesterday but they were pretty good.  I ate healthy for my main meals but my snacks weren't the healthiest.   I will do better today!  I was looking on pinterest and found some healthy snacks that will feed my craving for sweetness but not the calories.  The first is banana slices with almond butter between them, then frozen on wax paper for an hour.  Melt dark chocolate and dip one side then put back in the freezer.  These are great but you dont even really need the chocolate.  The second I found was graham cracker halves dipped in greek yogurt or regular yogurt (any flavor) and frozen.  These are not for eating all the time but just when I have that craving for something sweet, I will try not to make it a habit of eating.  More fruits would be better!!

My late night workout was Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.  I like that one alot.  Today I am feeling the effects, my calves are pretty sore.  I am not too sore anywhere else but I think that might be because after my workout I had a half of a protein shake (half a scoop instead of a full one, so 100 calories).  I had heard that protein helps mend your torn muscles (from doing a workout) so that you dont have the sore muscles the next day or not so bad anyways.  I dont know if I am doing it the right way or if its right to do that at all.  Let me know if you know something different.  

I did a weigh in this morning and I didnt gain anything but I also didnt lose anything.   A good thing but also a bad thing that I didnt lose anything.  I am sure it was because of my bad eating habits yesterday.  Hopeful for a new day today and losing more in the near future! :)
