Thursday was a good day.  Eating good and going for a walk (not as long or as fast as I would have liked, but what do you expected with three kids).  My oldest didn't have school the next day so I told her she could watch a movie.  It started later than I thought it would and needless to say I did not do my workout...I ended up going to bed early.  So its not all bad, at least I got a little extra sleep.  But still disappointed for not doing a workout...  :(

Today I am down 0.6 pounds.  It makes me feel good even though its only a little bit.  My plan for the day is to get a good walk in, eat healthy, no lapses in exercise or eating habits, drink lots of water and get my workout in.  

I started Jillian's detox thing she put up on her facebook page.  I didnt quite drink it all but heres to today and the next 5 days of drinking it. Its a water shed detox. 1 Tbsp real cranberry juice, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 dandelion root tea bag and 60 ounces of water.  Do this for 7 days.  She said you might lose 5 to 7 pounds if you are retaining water, some people might not lose much or any, I guess it just depends how much water you are retaining.  I would like to see my results for it.
