So, after riding my new bike for two weeks and almost 300 miles, I decided to really go for it on Saturday. I took a long detour on the way home from the gym. Oops, I thought it would increase my mileage for the trip home from 14 miles to 19 or 20 miles and add 300 to 600 feet of elevation gain. Next time I'll check a map before making a detour because it added 12 miles and a 1600 foot climb. My legs hurt so much! First day in about 2 months I couldn't go for a walk.
