I've been trying to lose weight for over a year - or 2, but who's counting ;) - but the only thing I seemed to be losing was my motivation.

Every monday (because every good intention starts on monday) I was supermotivated, I considered Myfitnesspal as my best friend and looked up workouts. By wednesday I still was looking for 'the ideal workout' in stead of actually doing one and by friday I was thinking: life's too short not to eat the things I like! Needless to say I did not lose much weight ;)

In the meanwhile I've been working out on a regular basis, about 3times a week: swimming, biking and running. I've even completed my first (and second) 1/8 triathlon and my first 10km run this year!

Unfortunately, I started eating more because the working out made me hungrier (any one else with this problem?)...

That's why I'm trying Dietbet (also a first)! I really hope that this will keep me motivated to exercise AND eat well.
