Today was not a good day...

I've been struggeling with knee pain for about 2 weeks now. This morning, I finally went to see a doctor (not a big fan...). Appearently I've been training too much and too intense, so now I have tendon inflammation and should stop doing any kind of exercise for another 2 weeks. 

To me, this was not good news! How am I supposed to lose weight if I can't work out?

This afternoon, some more bad news followed.

So... I turned to comfort food!

Can anyone please tell me their secret not to turn to comfort food please? :)
