Rules for Month 1 of Workout Plan –

 1.)    Choose 4 days throughout the week that will be designated as workout days.  These will be the same throughout the month regardless of vacation, kids, life plans, etc…

 

 2.)    Choose 1 day as a designated “floater” day.  For example, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday OR Sunday.  The first 3 days must be met, but the 4th can be completed on Saturday OR Sunday in this schedule.  There will only be 1 designated floater day throughout the month.

 

 3.)    Workout for 30 minutes on your designated days. (must submit pic as proof of workout)

 

4.)    If you miss 1 of your designated workout days, you must pay: $1 for the first failure.  Every failure after the first doubles in pay; for example, the 2nd missed workout will cost $2, the 3rd will cost $4, etc.  (This amount is doubled if the fall occurs on your floater days since there were 2 days to “get it in.”)

 

5.)    If you are the person with the most workout failures throughout the month, you will buy other challengers a smoothie.

 

 

Rules for Month 2 of Workout Plan –

 1.)    Workout on your 4 chosen workout days (will be the same throughout the entire month) and burn 300 calories within 45 min; if over 45 min, you must burn 500 calories within 2 hours. (must show pic of heart rate monitor via text as proof of workout)

 

2.)    Everyone will have the option of 1 predetermined flex day chosen at the beginning of the month

 

3.)    If you miss a workout on 1 of your normally scheduled workout days, you must pay $5; if the first to fall, you must pay $20 + $5 for missing your workout (+$10 if it falls on a flex day)

 

4.)    If you miss a workout on 1 of your flex workout days, you must pay $10 since there were 2 days available for you to “get it in”

 

5.)    If you are the person with the most workout failures and throughout the month, you will buy the other fitness challenger members a smoothie

 

 

Rules for Month 3 of Workout Plan –

 1.)    EVERY DAY keep track and log your food intake via My Fitness Pal application (synch up with other people taking this challenge)

 

2.)    Must remain on or under daily caloric intake; if over, you have two options:

  1. Burn the additional calories off with exercise regardless of whether it’s your day to work out (must show pic of heart rate monitor via text as proof of workout)
  2. Pay $5

 

3.)    Workout on your 4 chosen workout days (will be the same throughout the entire month) and burn 400 calories within 1 hour; if over 1 hour, you must burn 500 calories within 2 hours(must show pic of heart rate monitor via text as proof of workout)

 

4.)    Everyone will have the option of 1 predetermined flex day chosen at the beginning of the month

 

5.)    If you miss a workout on 1 of your normally scheduled workout days, you must pay $5; if the first to fall, you must pay $20 + $5 for missing your workout (+$10 if it falls on a flex day)
