I am so glad that there was a very nice pool at my hotel which I used nightly.  It was good and bad.  Apparently swimming makes me very hungry.   By the end of the week my biggest goal was to come back without gaining any weight.

I did really good at almost all my meals, but even good at a restraunt can be higher calories than you may want, and when it's both lunch and dinner that's a challenge.  I'm most happy to report I'm down almost a pound.  Now that's after swimming for hours, but it could have been much worse.

My training was on interviewing children who have been sexually abused.  It was a very tough training on top of also doing role plays with actors who ranged from 4 years old ( in the part not the real age of actor) to 14 years old.  There was an exam at the end and you had to pass it to not have to take the training again.  It was very stressful for lots of reasons.  I'm very happy that I only caved to temptation to have a social drink one night and I chose a skinny margarita.   I only had one desert as well and one gluten free pasta dish.   However, I do know if I'd of been able to control my eating and get that kind of excercise I'd of been way ahead of the game.  However, I am happy.   I now have 9 days to lose 3.2 pounds in one of my diet bets.  In the other two I'm right on track.   I will have to buckle down and combine excercise with very very very clean eating to make it. I'm glad for the challenge as it puts me back on track and gives me some needed motivation to keep going and be serious.   Next week at work should be a stressful week as they will start giving me these kinds of cases, and I have to figure out what cases I left behind need more attention and checking up on.  But I'm going to have to avoid that emotional eating for sure to make it!

Everyone have a great weekend!!  I wish I could have been more connected at the training to diet bet but between the training hours and the swimming my days were packed full.
