Definately ate half a pizza for dinner last night.  Though according to fitbit I had walked enough that I didn't go over my calorie count, so that's good, but I still shouldn't have eaten half a cheese pizza.   This morning I got up and did 20 minutes on the rowing machine, while my puppy barked at me because I wasn't paying attention to him, and then I walked to work. Hoping that I can keep myself on track today.
