I am so excited, changed my diet, I am more active 10,000 steps per day, dropped all sodas drinking more water, minimized the fast food runs and wow it is coming off.  Before this I was in a more sedetary kinda life not very active, I reached my goal already kinda scarey for me.  I think I might increase my calories because I am more active, dont want to lose too much too soon although it is very exciting.  When I find my fitbit vibrating telling me I reached my 10,000 I am so amazed when it happens because that means that I was pretty active that day, which was completely impossible a few months ago.  My legs are gaining their muscle back that I lost and little by little my clothes are fitting lose.  I have more energy to do things with my kids, that is the best part.  Before you would see me on the couch cause I could not move with my heart condition.  Now, I am cleaning house, the GARAGE, MY CAR, Shopping (BTW I dont like shopping.. lol) but so much has change for me these last couple of months I love it!  I love being me again.  I love living again!!
