Not sure why but, I am feeling alittle blue today. I had to reach for the comfort food today, didnt do too bad but, I know I didnt lose. I guess everyone has an off day somedays. I did however reach my over 10,000 step goal, so not all is lost. There is always tomorrow.

Sorry to hear you were feeling a little blue yesterday. Sometimes we fall into a slump, but we don't have to stay there. Always remember: It's not what happens, but how you handle what happens that will make the difference. When you're feeling blue, pick up the phone & call a family member or friend, watch a comedy show that will make you laugh, meditate, put on music & dance, do whatever you can to get you out of that funk. The last thing you want to do is feed your emotions because you don't want to end up overeating. No worries!!! Today is a new day for new beginnings!!! Having reached the 10000 steps goal is pretty good. And life consists of good and bad days, so I wouldn't worry to much about it. And next time you feel like eating for comfort, just wait a minute and think about if you really want to put that in your body ... Or if you would rather call a friend, get some fresh air, listen to some great music etc

It happens, but as we say in the ICFC when you fall down……………..GET BACK UP. Don't spend a moment thinking about the fall, focus on your next steps! Write down your goals and read them daily :)

Sorry you had a down day. Next time is there an alternative you can think of for comfort food? Maybe if you plan an alternative you can make a different choice. Great job on the steps! :)
