Oh I relate.having a struggle fest here. I will never give up. This is my body, my responsibility, my life, health, my serenity and peace and I will never give up on the most important person in my life, me. I will forgive, praise, love and honour and be kind to my body and forevermore look for ways to improve my destructive eating bit by bit.
