So...I've been watching what I eat and since I've not been able to make it to my Zumba class, have been walking 10,000 steps each day. I can feel a bit of a difference in the way my pants feel around the waist and have been feeling pretty good overall. I just weighed for the first time today since starting this challenge and it shows an 8 pound GAIN!!

Am I giving up? Hell no. But I can't say that I'm not irritated right now. I'm actually about to close my office door and swear a blue streak. W. T. F.

Side note: I've decided to take the plunge into veganism again. Kicking it off with a five-day juice fast, the first day of which is today. Perhaps it'll knock down a few pounds--we shall see!
