Hi there, great attitude! About the sinus infections: You might need a root canal. I had the worst sinus issues for YEARS. Nothing was working. But they completely disappeared after I had a couple of root canals done. The root canal is very close to the sinuses, so apparently the infection can transfer.
A lot of dentists don't look for that. But if there is a big shadow over the root of a tooth on your x rays, it means INFECTION and they need to check it out. Do yourself a favor. I know it's expensive, but you need to get rid of that pain!
In my case, I was also grinding my teeth at night without even knowing it. So I cracked my teeth one by one, causing the root canal issues. Now I sleep with a guard and it makes a big difference.
Don't be afraid of the root canal. They will numb your tooth first and the shot is nowhere near as bad as the pain you are suffering now! Once it is taken care of, the pressure will be gone. What a relief!
