Having reached the 10000 steps goal is pretty good. And life consists of good and bad days, so I wouldn't worry to much about it. And next time you feel like eating for comfort, just wait a minute and think about if you really want to put that in your body ... Or if you would rather call a friend, get some fresh air, listen to some great music etc
