All things change and if nothing is changing then its not growing…and if it’s not growing then it’s not alive. Even though change is inevitable it can be quite scary.
And trust me when I tell you we are all in the middle of big change. So we are all scared, we are all doing things out of the norm, we are all taking chances, we are all dealing with some sort of anxieties, we are all being tested and to be quite honest some of us are freaking out about it.
But finally we are up. When I say this I mean that more than ever before people are listening to their intuition, listening to the universe, paying attention to the signs. We have been asleep for a long time but we are now up and if you aren’t up yet believe me something is about to break your little nap. But this big shift is bringing up so much change and it’s a bit overwhelming.

I love that because it reminds us that yes even though the changes we are experiencing may be scary (and maybe even a little ugly) it is for some thing greater. Change is going to lead us to something more beautiful. In order for a caterpillar to turn into a butterfly it eats away at its whole body leaving only what’s necessary to transition into a butterfly.
This is the aha moment so don’t miss it... any growing pains you are going through, any ugly things you are going through just remember that its there to dissolve the parts of you that are no longer needed to be who you are suppose to be.
We are changing, the things around us are changing and it’s working for us so that we can be who we are supposed to be. If you are scared of the changes right now that’s ok. It’s better to feel something than nothing at all. So be scared. Be anxious. But don’t run away.
Fall is all about change, transitions, letting go of what’s no longer useful.
This is your season, embrace the change and fly…
