Today I put in everything I had and I am not going to lie that I was struggling but I never gave up. No Pain, No Gain. Everytime I was going to quit I just pictured the new me which should be appearing this summer hopefully! I had a lot of water today and ate some asparagus for dinner. Today's Carrot is to make sure you do some unofficial weigh in's along the way and I have been doing that as well.  I have been keeping up with all the daily alotted workouts and then doing my own cardio and weights on top of that. Don't get me wrong I am still allowing myself treats. I am just making sure that I am not overindulging in them. <3 xoxo
