Thanks for sharing! I needed to hear this, as I do not enjoy strength training, but do it anyway. It's always nice to see why I need to do it. Squats and lunges are my LEAST favorite exercises, so that paragraph about how our butts need them was particularly useful to me. I am saving this post for future reference!
