Alright, last night wasn't the best in terms of watching what I ate. Well, I watched it all disappear from my plate I guess! We went out to eat (always a struggle on the weekends) and I got some cheese ravioli. Then we came home and had some popcorn.
Today I allowed myself one last (bigger) cheat meal before the "game" starts tomorrow. For breakfast I had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios and a cheesestick. For lunch we went to...McDonald's. Got a hamburger, fries, and hot chocolate. I'm about to go grab a snack of apple slices however...gotta get back on track now! No idea what dinner will bring but I'm going to try and make it a healthy choice!
Exercise wise, I'm taking a rest day. Sunday's are usually my rest day just because it's the one day I have little time to workout, so I take that as my rest. Tomorrow though I'm going to kick it into high gear. Zumba tomorrow night (hopefully!) and then maybe a quick 1 or 2 mile run, depending on how I feel after Zumba. Should be a healthy night!
