I don't think anyone has to judge their food choices as good and bad, as long as we are honest and accountable (i.e. keep track of calories) to ourself. At worst, we can maybe consider some choices more wise than others in regards to meeting our nutritional needs and keeping the sugar hungrys away. But honestly as long as we eat a varied diet and keep our cravings at bay by perhaps indulging sometimes, just keep focusing on and striving for balance. You have done so much and come so far. You have to be proud of yourself!!!! I would be!!
