I gained 20 lbs in college and I have lost 15 over the last year and a half. This challenge (if I succeed) will get me those last 5 lbs I've been struggling with for about 5 months now! To help myself out, I'm going to post a blog post every day/every few days with what I've eaten and what exercises I've done. Hopefully that can be enough to keep me accountable!! I'm starting today (just because I submitted my photos today so I don't want to gain anything and make it harder to reach that weight!).

 

Eaten so far (since pictures were taken): Arby's Jr. Roast Beef and small order of mozzerella sticks. Awful, I know.

 

Exercise: 15 minutes of dance/other cardio (jumping jacks, etc)
