Being Monday (and that I usually eat the lunch provided for me at work -- it's FREE!!), I wasn't sure what to expect. I had a light/late breakfast today.
Breakfast: Cheese stick and LOTS of grapes!
Lunch: Grilled chicken, cheesy potatoes, peaches, and a slice of bread
Snack: Chicken crackers (actually pretty darn good!!)
Dinner: Got home and there was soup waiting...that I didn't like. So I kept it light and ate a bowl of good ol' Campbell's Chicken Noodle and had a banana...and some hot chocolate.
"Late night snack": Cheese stick -- I read that these are good to eat shortly before bed if you must eat something, hope it's right!
Exercise: I was GOING to go for a run tonight but at work today a child dropped a heavy wooden block on my (bad) knee and it hurt the rest of the day to even walk so I kept it simple tonight. Zumba tomorrow night though!
Today was easier than I thought it would be. I hope it stays this way -- I'll lose that 4% at this rate!
