OK, this is working so far.  It's truly a matter of self dicipline.  And what helps me is staying busy.

And knowing the whole group at diet bet is in the same program.

The exercise that works for me - is Golden Oldies from the 50's on the speaker - and dancing alone in my living room to work up a sweat.  It's like zumba alone and FUN.  Can't wait for a 'unauthorized' weigh in next Tuesday.  From what I've heard, you tend to lose more weight in the first week and then it tapers off - so we'll see.  

At any rate - I'm encouraged.
