Starting in March I was finally able to see a little sunlight through the trees and am getting on the right track. I started Jillian Michaels 30-day shred (3 days a week) last week, and I've been taking my dog for his walks every evening and hikes over the weekend. The hardest part for me is diet change, I want to stop eating meat again. I was vegan for a while a few years ago but that was too difficult to maintain where I live. I found a comfort in being a vegetarian until I moved in with my boyfriend who is devastated if there is no meat with dinner. I know I'll get there again but for now adding extra veggies and starting up my exercise routine is really helping me get back on track.

I'm so sorry about the death in the family. I totally understand how that can derail a person. Good for you for starting over this month - I am too.
