OK, so I needed some crunchy snacks.  With my BMI and age and weight, I'm only allowed 1200 Calories a day and those must be extremely low carb calories.  But, tonight - I needed something crunchy and salty.  So, I drove to the store and bought a small bag of Barbeque Fried Pork rinds.  Used the 3 bite method, but ate 2.5 rinds (more than 3 bites, but very small amount of calories and zero carbs).  And it worked.  It improved my feeling of having something crunchy and yet kept me in line with my diet.  So, that's my tiny tip of the day.
