Potlucks, eating out, beer..........typically Sunday morning is my highest point on the scale, and the lowest point for my self esteem.

I really want to lose the 4% just to prove to myself that I can do it.  It seems like when I am faced with changing what I eat or my habits, I just fall into the same rut over and over again.  So I am taking baby steps.

Yesterday:  kids ate McDonald's for lunch.  I didn't order anything for myself.  Had a Lean Cuisine at home.

Today:  Planned my workout for today.  I think I will have another Lean Cuisine for lunch, a banana as a snack, maybe some almonds.  Lots of water too.

I want to get through this weekend without blowing everything I have done.
