Stay strong my friend! Not easy, but it is totally doable! You may even order the grilled chicken sandwich (hold the mayo & bacon) and toss all of half of the bun with a side salad vs. fries. Make sure to visit the local farmers markets for seasonal fruits and veggies, which are always great for snacking! Lighter later!

I'm the same way Camburger, I never learned how to eat healthy because I never had to . I was so ashamed of myself for gaining my weight 5 years ago. You and I can do it though. We can get to a place where we are happy with ourselves again and proud of working out and making smart choices! Be positive and keep moving forward!!
