It seems like every day this week, something has gone wrong! Monday I was fatigued and unmotivated, tuesday was the car trouble, and now today!
Another horrible night of sleep last night, probably only got like 5 hours. I felt tired and sluggish all day, like monday. Thank god i didnt have a huge workout in my plan. Just 2 hours of easy crosstraining (usually a walk). So today I just walked to class, and walked around for anhother hour, should have equaled at least 2 hours.
Last night was much different than any night I've in a long time. I had to train at 6pm (which I never do) due to car troubles taking up my afternoon. So after the ride, I had to have my recovery drink and some more carbs, which i normally dont do at night. I think that having those carbs so late before bed is what caused my stomach ache last night. I couldnt really fall asleep until like 1am. I was so tired when i went to bed but since i wasnt feeling well i couldnt fall asleep, so it wasnt a good combination
Hopefully I wont have to train late again.
I've been surprisingly busy this week with school work, but I've only got 2 more weeks before my winter break. But with all this work and stress, Its been much harder with my lack of good sleep.
I'm finally able to relax right now with a warm cup of tea in my hand. I'll do my stretching tonight and take a shower and get to bed early again. I think tonights going to be a good night!
Stuck to my diet today! THATS WHAT MATTERS!
Got a big day tomorrow, and i'm looking forward to it.
