So once again, im running on less sleep than I'd like to be running on. And all that lack of sleep on top of training has really brought me down. 

Despite a lack of sleep, I had an okay day. Had 2 big presentations in 2 classes today, and did pretty well on both. Basically that was what I was stressed about today, but after those presentations, I was free. Now the rest of my week is pretty easy. Class, and ride, like normal, but I dont have any homework except studying for finals which is next week.

Had a decently long ride today, was debating whether or not to do it, but it was such a nice day today I couldnt resist going. After the ride I was pretty tired, but i had nothing else to do but relax.

I need to get some sleep!! 

 

Athlete Exercise/Food Log

Exercise: 2.5 hour bike ride (burned 1650kj)

Food:
Breakfast: 3 egg omlette with spinach, avocado and turkey bacon, 2 bananas
Lunch: White rice, Turkey breast. large spinach salad, 2 bananas
During ride: larabar, 1 banana
Post ride: Smoothie: (Orange juice, banana, glucose and egg white powders), grapes, turkey breast, raisins
Dinner: Salmon, super greens salad with cucumber and avocado, some macadamia nuts
Snack: Carrots and almond butter

 

I would write more, but I would rather try and sleep.... No class till 10am tomorrow!! WOOOO SLEEP IN!!!
