Hey Everyone, sorry for not posting these past few days. I've been pretty busy studying for finals this coming week.

So I Cheated on my diet BIG TIME! It was thursday night, well more like wednesday morning... I was in bed at 9:30pm trying to fall asleep for a few hours. My stomach was upset, and i though by eating it would help. I started getting cravings, and the rest is history. I cant beleive i left my appartment at midnight to drive to a gas station and grab a ton of candy and other shit. Ate it all at home, and stayed up all night. Fell asleep at 5am!!! woke up 4 hours later!!! Pissed off at myself for what I did, I did my training, super tired, but even more mad about what hapened that I didnt care about how tired I was.

So Friday was a day of recovering, skipped my LAST day of classes. Rode my bike and ate paleo once again.

 

SATURDAY: Cheated again... Woke up in the morning, went on a 3.5 hr training ride. Ate paleo all day, but my stomach hurt and I felt kinda sick in the evening, and for some reason I thought that eating unhealthy foods would help me... unfortunately it did! haha.

Drove and bought an Ice cream cake at a grocery store. Ate part of it, threw out the rest when I got full, because I am not finishing that thing! 

Stayed up until 3 AM again, woke up around 10. 

SUNDAY: Studied all day, rode for 1 hour in the afternoon to de-stress. Ate paleo all day, stayed healthy. THANK GOD!! No more cheating for the rest of the week at least, I go home in 3 days, I can keep up my diet for at least that long.

 

Never Cheat on your diet, you'll feel like shit and hate yourself for it. at least thats what happens to me. 

I was losing weight too, I hope I didnt end up gaining all of it back! that would really suck!

Friday AFTER CHEATING: 
Exercise: 2hr 20 min training ride (1450KJ Burned)

Food: Breakfast: 3 bananas, 2 eggs

Post Ride: Smoothie (Orange Juice, banana, glucose and egg white powder), grapes, raisins, egg, turkey breast

Snack: 2 beef hot dogs, macadamia nuts, canned salmon

Dinner: Tilapia, Roasted Sweet Potato, Spinach salad with avocado and cucumber

Calories Consumed:3160kcal (3450burned)

 

Saturday: Exercise: 3hr 20min training ride (2000kj burned)

Food:Breakfast: 3 bananas, 2 eggs

Ride: Larabar, banana

Post Ride: Smoothie (Orange Juice, banana, glucose and egg white powder), grapes, raisins, egg, turkey breast, banana, apple

Snack:  beef hamburger with a fried egg and avocado, macadamia nuts, canned salmon

Dinner: Bottom Round Steak, spinach and Kale Salad with avocado and cucumber

Calories Consumed: 3800kcal (4000 total burned)

THEN I CHEATED AGAIN

 

Sunday: Exercise: 1 hr training ride (550kj burned)

Food:

Breakfast: 3 egg omlette with ground beef, spinach and avocado. 2 bananas

Post Ride: Grapes, banana, apple

Snack: Ground turkey stir fry with onion, california blend veggies and spinach. 

Dinner: Pink Salmon, butternut squash. banana

Calories: 2430Kcal (2550 burned)

 

 

Off to bed, got an early morning final... wish me luck!!!
