So today was a much better day than yesterday. Slept well again last night. In class, I took two tests, and my mind just felt clear and focussed!

Rode outside for the first time in about a week, it was pretty nice out.

The only downside is me feeling "fat" still. when putting on my cycling clothing, they are suppose to be tight, but not making you look absurd and like the jersey is way too small... So I felt bad about that. I hate how weight loss is a long process, im super impatient and I really want to get lean and down to a weight that i can be happy with!

ANYWAY...

Stuck with my Diet again today, felt good doing it. No cravings today, which is a good sign!

Tried Beef Liver for the first time, and it isnt that bad! I dont know how to explain it, but it doesnt look nearly as gross when raw compared to cooked. Raw is just slimy and disgusting, i couldnt even handle the liver when trying to get it into the pan, so it kinda fell apart. but once it starts cooking it becomes tougher and more steak like. It reminds me of gyro meat, but not the taste, just the look. I masked a lot of the taste with bacon, onions and garlic. It tasted good with all the combinations, but the liver alone doesnt taste that good. Its not horrible, but it's not enjoyable. Probably wont make it again myself, i'll leave it up to the pro chef's at some restaurant. every time i see it on the menu ill order it because i know its extremely healthy.
