My goal for this dietbet was to lose 3.4 kg. I lost 1.3 in the first week then basically maintained in weeks two and three. I lost a bit during this week but then had an indulgent weekend. So I still have 2 kg to go in this final week! It is possible - just. I am counting on losing some water weight. It is actually that TOM but it will be over by weigh-out so that might actually be in my favour.

I plan to be very strict with my diet this week, no junk at all and fairly low carb (lots of fruit and vegetables; a little potato, corn, maybe rice; no bread or pasta). Exercise every day, at the gym or dancing at home or a walk. Lots of water! I can do this! We can all do this!
