Changing this whole diet up and eating healthy and eating less sugar / caffeine has made me tired.

The last two days I ran anywhere between 1.5-2.0 and did some kettle bell exercises but that was really it. I have to overcome being tired and pushing through.

Today, I plan on doing the full 4 miles again and get a kick start to my weekend.

Heading out of town for the weekend so here's to hoping that I don't go overboard while not home.

Plan on bringing healthy snacks to have in the hotel room so im not craving the bad.
