I don't mind weighing in everyday since I have been seeing changes in my weight.

I am sure it's mainly water weight so I decided to measure myself to keep track. I measured the 4 main spots; Hips, Waist, Right Arm and Right Thigh.

The only thing I get nervous about is being so conscious of the number on the scale. While I am determined to lose more than just 4% in this month, I don't want to become so obsessed about the number that I get discouraged when it doesnt change.

Just my thoughts.

But I am impressed that I started everything Sunday. Full blown change to diet. Only water, seltzer or black coffee (1 cup of coffee a day) and paleo-ish diet. I am not 100% strict with paleo but I am definitely not having any grains, dairy, legumes. It's more about the seasonings I use that are probably not super paleo friendly.

I have exercised everyday. 20 minutes with the Jillian Michaels Cardio through iFit the first two days. Yesterday I embarked on my 6 mile a day walk. I did 4 miles and burned 634 calories. Not too shabby. 

I have to keep it up. Watching Extreme Weightloss always motivates me. Last nights episode was great. Georganna's attitude through the entire weightloss was amazing and I hope to remain as positive and grateful throughout.
