Today was Day 1 of the Whole30.
Breakfast - scrambled eggs (no milk), 2 cups of black coffee
Lunch- Burger on lettuce bun with avocado and onion, fruit salad (strawberries, pineapple, oranges)
Dinner- Chicken and broccoli
Water intake - over 75 ounces :)
I am craving sweets... a lot. Not missing the sugar in my coffee but missing every other type of sweet... cookies, chocolate... ughh. I am full but still hungry - hard to describe. I am stressing about planning my meals for the next thirty days. My fiance is not doing this with me so that makes it even harder. I am afraid that I will not eat enough, that the meals will be too difficult or time consuming, or that I won't like them. I am usually a very picky eater when it comes to healthy food. Just looking at the ingredients to some recipes makes me cringe. But... I am trying to stay positive and be openminded.
Day 2.. Here I come!
