I tried to do a Whole 30 last month. Not my brightest move during the christmas season lol. It was an epic fail, but the one thing that helped me a lot was making mason jar salads. They are great & they really helped me get in my veggies everyday without having to make a salad everyday. Sugar is hard. I had been off sugar since March & fell totally off the wagon mid december, which is why I'm here, back to square one. Good luck!!
