I'm trying not to focus on the scale too much this week. Daily weighins can sabatoge your progress. The body can retain fluid and have strange fluctuations, and I always feel bad if the number I see goes up. I try to weigh only once or twice a week, instead. I had lost about over 2lbs at midweek, and this morning I'm down more. But I'm not going to enter an update until midweek next week. 

I have so many other achievements I'm proud of this week.

1. Stayed at/under calorie goal and tracked 100% of my food at MyFitnessPal to stay accountable

2. Ran 13 miles and did 3 workouts with kettle bells/resistance bands

3. Drank over 100oz of water a day

4. Resisted some strong temptations foodwise - including ice cream

5. Kept a positive outlook and encouraged others - including some coworkers

Can't wait to see what week 2 brings!
