Still doing good.  Made it through another day.  I made more steps today than yesterday, but not as many minutes at high intensity.  Sore form yesterdays kick boxing class.  Have another one tomorrow.  Looking forward to it I think. I am proud of myself, today was my long day for work I work two jobs on Tuesday and Thursday so I leave for work at 6:45am and don't get home till 7:30pm.  Makes a really long day, but I got 27 minutes of a work out, I was really tired when I got home but pushed through the feeling and made myself do it.  I know I should of pushed through to 30 minutes, but my work out ended and I ended.

My food was good, but I don't think I am eating enough calories.  I am averaging for the last few days around 1250 I know I am suppose to be around 1600 at least, but I am full and I run out of time to eat more.  I am getting my 5 meals a day in, but it is very difficult.  Tomorrow I should get more calories since it is a carb day. 

I am feeling good, I am only going to weigh in twice a week, Wednesdays and Sundays.  If I weigh everyday and don't see the scale move, I know I will feel defeated.

Hoping everyone else is doing well.  Keep up the good work and remember your promises.  I have made mine 2 days in a row so far.  Yipee.  The small things should be celedbrated.
