Thank you for your blog.You right. We tend to think that taking time to take care of ourselves is being selfish, but that is so wrong. We must take care of ourselves first so that we can have the ability to care for our love ones. It's like being on a airplane, they tell you to put the air mask on yourself first than your child. In essence that's exactly what we are doing when we take time out to exercise and eat right. I too am taking one day at a time, I'm here cheering you on ????????

Just got my confirmation for verified weight on Diet.com/Chrispowell . I've been living a sedentary lifestyle ; so any exercise which will be walking and going up and down steps will be an improvement for me. I will start back drinking water like I should and preparing healthier meals. Best of luck to everyone !!! WE CAN DO THIS !!!
