I too suffer from SAD. I move around to the moves from the justdancenow.com web site. No need to leave indoors and out into the freezing cold. The exercising form that releases those endorphins which gets rid of the blahs. I take breaks during my work day just to get my exercise in and keep the blahs at bay. Wishing you the same.
