You don't have to exhaust your body! That might actually give you results that are opposite of what you want. Just shake things up a bit. Add some variety to your exercise and your eats. Remember, weight lost in the beginning is usually water. Fat loss is slower and harder but it will absolutely come off if you keep going. Good luck!
