I know how you feel! I need something/someone holding me accountable other than myself. I'll have to look into gympact. Sounds like that extra motivation I need!

I know, right?! It's so good! I just found salted caramel greek yogurt and can't wait to try it!

Well done... and you are not alone. I did my workout faithfully 5 times this week, gave up chocolate and red wine (this is huge!!) watched my calorie intake iintensely and the scale provided me with a one pound drop. That is not satisfying to me. Thank you for sharing your story though, its helpful to know that I am not alone. Keep up the hard work and we will persevere! !

I'm in the same boat! Lost several lbs but I know it's water weight since I cut out junk and started eating real food :) Glad this 4 week challenge could get me started again!

Stay the course with those workouts and you should do fine. Good luck.

Hi Amy, have you thought of trying something simple for your workouts? I know its scary committing to long gruelling workouts. Try the 7 minute workout, no special equipment required. You can even download the app to help with timing. Its easy, start with 7 minutes and work up to doing more than one circuit. Google it or find it on utube. Good luck, hopfully this is helpful. Sounds like you are doing great so far.

That sounds like a fantastic game plan. Working out in the morning is the best time of day for me and you reap the benefits all day long. Weighing myself everyday would make me nuts too but knowing how your body is reacting is always good to know.Goood luck to you and everyone. I am inspired to do better for myself by every one here who is doing the same. We'll make it!!!
