Sorry, did not write last night. My fiance and I were invited to a party... I was not sure I wanted to go. I didn't want to explain why I wasn't drinking or defend my choice of completing a whole30.  But suprisingly it was nice! No one asked about why I wasn't drinking. And they had veggies so I was able to snack a little. 

Breakfast - scrambled eggs and fresh salsa, walnuts

lunch- tilapia, bRussell sprouts, unsweetened applesauce

Dinner- hamburger patty on salad, not dressing, avacado, onion, tomatoes 

snack at the party- carrots, cucumbers, celery, peppers

 

Overall a fairly good day! Feeling great aside from a slight headache. Slept from 1230 am to 900am.
