It's the weekend, my weak time. I'm trying really hard to stay on track for this diet bet as well as my challenges on sparkpeople. Easier said than done lol. This morning hubby took us for breakfast..ugh. BUT, I did well and stayed in my calories. Tracked it and done. No binge 


Hubby then went to work and I took advantage of the time and took the kids to the gym. I was gonna pack them up in the stroller and go running but it started raining outside. Nope, we've all just gotten over being sick so I won't risk that!



I ended up at the gym and jogged 30 minutes on the treadmill. I got to 2 miles....kind of bummed me out because I'm nowhere near the mile pace I want for racing. I know I'm very weak after being sick though so that helps, but still kind of bummed. :(

After the 30 minutes treadmill I felt crazy confident for some reason and went swimming. It's hard for me to swim because I've always been self conscious about showing skin in public. Yes even now that I've lost 80 lbs. I have excess skin so it's still hard..and probably always will be....but I did it! 
I swam for 45 minutes, it felt amazing! I love to be in the water, even now in the winter. It feels so good and provides a surprisingly good workout. I find myself breathing just as hard swimming as when I'm running! 

The plan for the rest of the day is to stay in my calorie range...easier said than done on a Saturday night. Tomorrow will be even harder.
