I hope that you did participate in the cheat day in some way. I did, and I found it good and bad. A learning experience for sure. I learned how quickly my portion sizes have changed to something so much smaller. On cheat day, I ate a rich, humongous dinner (10oz New York steak, baked potato loaded with butter and sour cream, salad, and corn). I felt full pretty early on in the meal, mostly because I had started with a salad. But because I was used to finishing a meal that size, I pushed past my new "full" feeling and kept eating to clear my plate. I nearly finished it and felt MISERABLE for the rest of the night. It amazed me how I am physically unable to eat like I could less than two weeks ago. Cheating was very enlightening for me.
