I weigh myself every day. I know I shouldn't, but I LOVE to eat poorly after about 4 pm and knowing I'm stepping on the scale in the morning helps keep that in check. Downside - sometimes it feels like my weight is going NOWHERE. Today, down 0.3 lbs. Arrrrggg. BUT I FEEL great! I really feel a lot slimmer and firmer, especially in the ol' belly area and also my 'bingo wings'. Major difference in the bingo wings. Plus, if I actually look at it, I'm down 4.3 lbs since the beginning of January and down 2 lbs in the last week. So, while it's not the super rapid weight loss that many people seem to experience on DB4, it's nothing to sneeze at! At this rate, it will be a bit close for my DB4 but I'm definitely giong to make my DB10 monthly goal :-) And surely my skipants should be looser soon....right?
