You're doing great! I am happy when I lose 0.3 pounds from day to day... that means I am on track for my 2 pounds a week goal... which I actually hit this past week from Sunday to Sunday. Sounds like you did too! It doesn't have to be too much too fast. Slow and steady is a lot more sustainable. Also, pounds are a tricky thing. To someone who weighs 200 pounds 2 pounds is a lot different than those same 2 pounds are to someone who weighs 150 pounds. The same 2 pounds are still different to someone who weighs say 250, or someone who is 300. Then there are those who weigh say 125, 2 pounds is a whole lot to them. It's not so much the pounds... it's all about the % of weight loss. That's why DietBet games focus on %s. my 4% goal this month has been between 6.7 and 6.8 pounds. Last month, my goals were 7.2 pounds. Someone else's pound goal may be less while someone else's may be more. It is all about what is working for you and what your goals are!
