My perserverance paid off - big drop on the scale today - down 2.8 lbs today, meaning I've only got

0.1 lbs (woo hoo!) in the next 18 days for my Transformer Round 1

2.7 lbs in the next 16 days for my DB4. I was going to say the challenge will be keeping it off for the DB10, but the DB4 goal is sure to keep me on track.

 

NOW, this does not mean I get to rest on my laurels and sabotage myself! I've still got ski pants to fit into in a mere 33 days, and 49 more lbs left to get to a healthy BMI.

 

So, how will I stay on track, now that I'm feeling good and the scale agrees? well, for one thing, I will NOT eat crap at book club tonight (it's in a pub). I'm sticking to one glass of red one. 

 

This progress is too good to squander. So I'm not going to.
