Week 1 was a tough week for me. Even though I lost 2.4 pounds.

I am having a tough time staying on program. It's just me. I have diverticulos's and veggies hurt my tummy. Sooooo, going low carb is me eating lots of meat and cheese. I like meat and cheese but I like them best on bread.... Bread is bad for me because that's where I gain my weight :(

BUT,  I have to just buck it up and do what I know is best for my body.  Week two will be much better!!
