I have to admit I teared up reading this. Thank you so much for sharing your story, and you're right, you CAN do this. You've proven that to yourself and others before, and now you're doing it for you, and that can make all the difference. I lost weight for my wedding as well, and ended up putting the bulk of it back on, I think I was losing it more for the event, than myself, this time I'm doing it for me 100%.
